Residence card photos that work
Residence cards are small and glossy. Most delays are not “hard Japanese” — they are glare, crop, or a missing back side.
在留カードは光沢で反射しやすいです。表裏セットと文字が読める明るさがポイントです。
Send both sides
- Front — photo, name, nationality, date of birth, address, status, period of stay, etc.
- Back — address changes and notes; officers often need this too.
Photo checklist
- Daylight or even indoor light — no harsh flash bounce
- Card fills most of the frame; keep all four corners visible
- Tilt slightly if you see a white glare strip over the name
- Do not cover numbers with fingers or a case edge
Speed note
Clear, simple card pages are often among the fastest jobs (sometimes around ~10 minutes once we confirm the quote). Blurry text means we ask for a retake first.

文字がはっきりしていれば最短帯の納品になりやすいです。読めない場合は撮り直しをお願いします。
What the translation includes
Field-by-field English matching the card layout, plus translator seal, name, date, and contact on the page — ready to print with your original photos in a pack if needed.
